  • Two years ago I took a dress there for cleaning. They charged me $12, which I thought was a bit high, but the dress has some beads and rhinestones on it and I knew that required a little extra care. A couple of weeks ago I took the dress (still in the bag from the cleaners) with me to a wedding in Chicago. To my chagrin, I noticed dress was missing a few beads and rhinestones, but had no choice other than to wear it in hopes nobody would notice. I repaired the missing stones by moving some around and resewing them on and then I then returned to have the dress cleaned a few days ago and they quoted me $24 to clean it! I took the dress home and washed it in a mesh bag on a delicate cycle and it came out perfectly! I will not be going back there again...ever!
