  • This is a Nice cozy steak house for a true experience but that's what it is.. the experience... I've eaten at plenary of steakhouses and this one is average at best... let's progress thru the meal... The drink... double Woodford Reserve on the rocks... a very generous pour and nothing but kiddos there.. The bread... they bring you out a variety basket of some truly different breads... problem is the bread was cold and so was the butter... sux eating medallion butters cold and not spreadable... one of these needs warmed up.... The salad... if I get a salad at a high end steak house I don't spect the salad to set the first impression bar high... this one failed on so many levels... first off they used standard packaged lettuce from a cheap dealer and half my salad was the hard white "heart" pieces of lettuce... the lattice cut carrots and cucumbers were a nice touch but the epic fail was the dressing.. the bleu cheese dressing was a bland almost ranch ... like they used hidden valley and sprinkled sub par finely chopped bleu cheese onto it.... The entree... bone in ribeye with steamed asparagus and a rice pilaf...kinda... the rice was well cooked and had decent flavor... the asparagus was nicely cooked with a little snap to it... the steak was perfectly cooked medium rare but lacked a great flavor... was just ok... it needed seasoned and for a 65 dollar steak it was a two cut steak(meaning two swipes of the knife to cut a bite off)... the steak in all aspects truly failed to believe... I have had better steaks at a longhorn steakhouse... Not saying it was a bad place but with so many great steakhouses in one place I'd deff go somewhere else and spend a $150 on a great meal...
