  • Vivace is a great restaurant with an amazing atmosphere and even better brunch menu. From NC to GA, this is the only restaurant i know of that has there own brunch package. At the price of $30, get your endless mimosas or Bloody Mary's, an appetizer and an entree. Yes, alladat! If not getting the package the mimosas are still $4 for a double which is still a great price. Although the brunch menu has changed a bit from my last visit (where is the French toast?!) it is still filled with a mix of Italian and American favorites. While eating their for New Year's Eve, i ordered the short rib over potatoes with poached eggs. It was hearty, filled with succulent short rib in a nice sauce and the eggs were perfectly poached. Although in my opinion the short rib needed a bit more salt and pepper, leaving it as it was is perfect for the many tastebuds that travel through. Overall, this is a great brunch spot for food and drinks with great friends or strangers because the people of Charlotte are always nice and welcoming! Also Alex the waiter upstairs is amazing and so very thorough!
