  • Wow... Where to begin. If I could give 0 stars I would. So this review is about the store, the management, and mainly the trainers. We enrolled our puppy in the training class.. It clearing states on the packet "you may re-take the class at no cost if you're not satisfied" The beginner class was okay nothing to fancy. We decided to enroll him in the intermediate class "to really notice a difference in his behavior" ... Or so the trainer said. Which was not the case at all in the least bit!!! After the intermediate class ended (6 one hour sessions) I told my trainer I'm not happy with his progress I don't feel as if he retained the information could we please re-take the class again. The trainer says yes you can re-take the class at no cost. So we waited 4 weeks until the next class started. A week before the schedule class I reached out to the Petsmart trainer she wasn't in so I left a message calling to confirm that the class was in fact scheduled and taking place. NO response. I called again 3 days before the scheduled class and the night before the make up class and NEVER received a call back. To this day the class started two weeks ago and I have not heard back from anyone. I've now missed 6 weeks of training for my puppy which I fell is a key time for him to be learning and now I truly feel that all of my time and money has been wasted over these two class and the 6 week gap!!!! I called and spoke to two "managers" Damon and Rob who didn't have a clue as to what was going on nor did either of them attempt to rectify the situation. Damon said ok you'll heard back. HE NEVER CALLED. Rob didn't have anything to say he just passed me off to another trainer named Diane and NOT ONCE FROM THE MANAGERS DID I RECEIVE AN APOLOGY!!!!! NOT ONCE. Diane informed me that they do not currently have an intermediate puppy class going on and I could train with her in private. I thought ok well maybe. She then tells me due to the fact that it's a private session I will only be receive 1/3 of the training I paid for?!! So I paid for 6 one hour sessions ... And I'm only able to get 4 -30 minute sessions because they don't have an intermediate class taking place right now??? Why is that my problem I've already paid for a service that wasn't provided and have already been put out for 6 weeks. I called a different petsmart location near me and spoke to the manager she stated that yes I could re-take the class at their location. I called back to the location on Lake Mead and Rainbow and spoke with the trainer again and she says "well since it's past the 60 days since you purchased the training you will have to talk yo Eric the store manager?!!! Really how many people and I going to have to get tossed around to?? Where is the customer service? I paid for a service. I should be accommodated. I really am appalled by the management team and trainers at this location ... I then asked Diane okay well who can I talk to see about getting at least 6 - 30 minute sessions? The trainer then tells me no they won't do that I'm on commission and this is a good deal? Good deal for who?? Regardless of the price of the "private sessions" I should still receive my training sessions I paid for. 6! It's not my fault they don't have an intermediate class going on and that I was ignored! This is such a huge disappointment. I will be reaching out to corporate. This type if behavior should not be tolerated. I'm surprised these people are considered managers and trainers!! Words can hardly express this HORRENDOUS experience. Unbelievable..... No one should have to go through this for a service that they already paid for..... Not once did I ask for money back I just want what I paid for!!!!!!!!!
