  • Front desk lady was horrible! Even over the phone, I should have known better than to come here. She mumbles under her breath like some illiterate bothered high school Student Student aiding for the front office.. and has the never to be mad when I have to ask "what?" 3 times after everything she said.. she was texting the entire time, super unfriendly and unprofessional. The nurse who took us back was the same, unprofessional and unkind.. YOU LADIES WORK IN A CHILDREN'S CARE FACILITY learn to smile and try to make kids feel easy about being at the doctors in the middle of the night when they feel like crap!! She also spoke to my 2 year old like he was an adult, "I'm going to swab your throat okay so can you handle that are you going to stay still" ummmmmm he is 2, he doesn't know what the hell your talking about "swab your throat". The facility itself was dingy and dirty, nothing kid friendly or welcoming about it. OH and both those ladies were clearly sick.. stay the F*** home if your sick! Don't come to a place where parents are trying to help their children get better. Common sense.
