  • This is the first time I write any review ever but feel compelled to do so for the sake of others. I came to Firestone yesterday to have my car checked how many tires I need to replace. They said the front two should be changed, the back two are still good for another 6 months. Today I came in , gave them my car, and went to Blakeney, waiting in a coffee shop. I received a call that I should replace four tires because the back two should be replaced as well. I was thinking to myself what the clever way to upsell the products. I said yes because they offer the discount. So far so good right? Then I received the second call if I need a one-time alignment or permanent alignment because their test revealed that tires are not aligned. Well was this a second upsell?? I replaced 4 tires, completely brand new ones, installed by Firestone. Isn't that part of the job? If not, can you align it as a courtesy. BTW, the guy who I looked at the car yesterday told me that your alignment should be fine based on how the tire fades evenly based on his reading. I think honesty is part of their slogan. I hope this one happens to me.
