Very weak experience with Joe at PLO Pools. When I made the appointment with him over the phone, I very clearly explained that I was having a problem with the negative edge pump. Instead of telling me right then and there that home warranty doesn't cover negative edge (they consider it a water feature and thus excluded), he came out anyway to collect his service fee and then told me that it likely wasn't covered, but that he would check with home warranty. When I called him several days later and left a message requesting a status update, he never returned my call.
