I spent one night here while in Cleveland on business. I called the front desk at midnight due to really loud music coming from a restaurant/club below and next door. The staff member said she received many other calls and would again ask the business to turn down the music. It didn't stop until 2AM. In addition, I could hear other guests in their rooms talking or puttering around. This is not a place to stay if you need a quiet night's sleep!
The front desk people and the person behind the mini food counter in the lobby seem bothered to be there. When I asked about breakfast options I was told there is a window/counter situation to order quick bites. I asked if I could get eggs and the answer was, "Well, I'd call it an egg PATTY, not a REAL egg, something that might have been an egg at one time. We actually recommend local spots for breakfast."
The hotel is sleek and modern but who cares when you can't sleep or get a even a moderately edible breakfast on your way out.
