  • China Magic has fresh handmade noodles. The menu is straight forward with lots of pictures. With any dish, you can choose the type of noodles. We opted for two of their noodle soups, oxtail and beef. Our waiter helped us choose regular noodles for the noodle soups. He said it pairs better and he was right. The broth was so smooth and full of deep flavor. It is a comfort food. We also tried their pan fried noodles with XO sauce and it was really tasty. The noodles had perfect chewiness and the vegetables gave the dish perfect balance. It also had Chinese chili oil which gave it a nice kick. As appetizer, we ordered the cold spicy beef tendons. Small is plenty to share as an appetizer. This dish was amazing. The pickled vegetables that came with the tendons gave a nice balance for the dish. Fried tofu appetizer was also nice. It came out piping hot almost burned my tongue, but enjoyed this dish and the sauce was perfect with the tofu. Overall had great meal here. We came around 3 pm on a weekday and they still had lots of people eating here. I can't wait to go back! I probably order exactly same dishes again next time.
