Poor adjustments, bad customer service.
I started coming to this The Joint because it's much easier for me to get to during the work week. The first chiropractor I had there was okay but then they changed to a new one - Dr. Lori. Unfortunately, I was not getting very good adjustments from her. She was mainly using the moving table to adjust me. The last time I went in, I asked her not to use the table, so she did it manually. When finished, I could feel my hips were not fully in place. I asked her and she said I just needed to wait. Well that night and the next day I felt the same and I was sure it was still out of place. (When out I've been having problems with mobility in my leg, so it's pretty obvious to me.) So, I went to Dr. Drew and he confirmed I was out of place and adjusted me. It was a big difference. I have my leg mobility back. I would not recommend this chiropractor. She's nice but does not get the job done.
On top of it, I spoke to the manager about it and they would not do anything about it at all - not even offer to correct it by readjusting me. I had to pay to get readjusted from another The Joint. The bad customer service is the kicker for me. I won't be back. And it definitely discourages me from using another The Joint as well. The other The Joint would not help me out with my problems at Norterra. The excuse was that they are the same company but separately owned. My confidence in customer service at The Joint as a whole is low at this point.
