  • I went there hoping to acomplish my mom's desire of matching all her hair to a platinum (silver) like her gray hair. I told the woman exactly what I wanted. I paid on 1st visit and she stated she would need to see her 2 or 3 times to get to the desired color at no additional charge. Went all those times and the last time she said that it was going to be an extra $15 bc it was taking longer and more product than what she expected. I got mad, but thought, well if she delivers, I will pay. Well, she didn't and my mom ended up with 2 different colors; platinum on the front (from her gray hair) and all the back in yellow. I'm so pissed. They should have returned my money. Definitely not going back.
