I attend this school for the veterinary assistant program. I love it. I only take courses that are strictly related to my chosen degree and I don't have to waste time or money on unnecessary credits. I'm also only going to be in school for 8 months for what is normally a two year program. The instructors are all smart and have either worked in the fields their teaching, still work while teaching or trained specifically to teach for said field.
The financial aid process was super simple and their financial aid staff was more than helpful. They help you to get everything you need done before you start orientation, that way you're geared up and ready to go on the first day of school. They also help you to make sure you've got everything in place for your externship. Yes, they set you up with on the job practice before you graduate. This not only gives you a more thorough understanding of what you're going to school for but also helps find potential hires! They also can help you find a job after graduation.
Any bad review on this school is a result of a small portion of students who don't take it seriously and don't care. Pima medical institute is a wonderful school and I'll be proud to graduate from and then return to it, for more education.
