  • Had a horrible experience with cab driver no 6809. We took the cab from cosmopolitan to Bellagio, as its short, the nice attendant just flag this taxi who just dropped off customer at cosmopolitan hotel. We politely asked the driver to turn on Ac 3 times. He finally responded it's a new car and he doesn't know how. It's a Camry so we point it out to him. He responded it's February and he never turn on Ac as its a fake air. If we want cold, go to Alaska not vegas. At that time we at Harmon and Las Vegas strip. He said he doesn't turn on, we asked why, if it's costing more we will pay. He said he doesn't and that's it and told us that we can get out of his cab since we want Ac. What a jerk. We got out in middle of Harmon, had to jaywalk. Also I have a senior person with me. He drive off. I took the back of his cab, to get his no. Walked back to cosmopolitan and they flag me another taxi, and no problem Ac already on. Taxi authority said its ace taxi. What a horrible driver they employ, not only rude and abusive, it's very dangerous for riders. Good thing we frequent vegas a lot, and ride on taxi a lot, just this time first time ever had this rude driver.
