  • I came in today with a bad battery. I had it replaced elsewhere about a year an a half ago. When I came into Gene's, he was ready to replace the battery no problem. When he saw that it was so new, he told me it was probably still under warranty and that he would hate to charge me for a service I could get for free elsewhere! It would have been so easy for him to just perform the service and take my money, but he was thoughtful enough to help me out and get me a free service with someone else. He didn't have to do that, but that is the culture of Gene's Auto Worx. Great people, very helpful, considerate. 10/10 would recommend.
