  • Update If you ever have a problem with anything in the service department you must get the 'resolution' in writing. Otherwise they will, as they have with us, lie and say otherwise. Fletcher Jones Toyota can NOT be trusted. Shame on them. Go elsewhere. We highly recommend Precision Performance for your Toyota work. They are honest. -------------/-----/- For purchasing an automobile we give them 5 stars. For service - 0 stars. When purchasing, especially new they can't be beat on price. And if you do your 'haggling' over the Internet they will beat anyone's price for an exact same vehicle. It's fast. Easy. And the least expensive. We've done it a few times. Service is however hit and miss. They are friendly to deal with. Certainly no personality problems but the actual service is just so-so. And if its free (car wash, 6 month overcoat spray with warranty) then you will likely get what you pay for .... That is the disapointing part. -------
