MORE DETAILS: About 4 weeks ago as summer neared, I figured it was about time I tinted my 2013 Ford Taurus because I've already sweated through two summers without it. Like a lot of the users here, I did my research looking for a good car tinting company and came across Eco-Tint. I called on a Friday and made my appointment for Tuesday Morning. Because I didn't know much about tinting and I didn't want to hold up the business on the day of my appointment, I went to the business a day earlier on Monday to learn about the products and services. I was greeted by Jay and he graciously spent the next 30 minutes fielding all my questions about the various tints, products, and benefits -- all WITHOUT any sales pressure.
As a demonstration, he even offered to let me look at the tinting grades on his personal vehicle -- now THAT is great service! At the end of my visit, I felt Jay had helped me make an informed decision about tinting my vehicle the next day. I chose to tint all four doors, the rear, the windshield ("Air Blue 80"), and a windshield visor strip. I shook his hand to thank him for his time, and felt good going home.
I returned the next morning, met with Jay, dropped my car off, and went ahead with the products we discussed the day prior. Four hours later, I received a courtesy call and text from Jay that my vehicle was ready for pick-up, and it looked great. The service thus far was good, BUT how about the actual product/tint benefits?
I waited about a month to write my review and thoroughly drive my car because I wanted to make sure all the previous 5-Star reviews were not premature and written out of initial excitement. I can now say with confidence my car looks more aesthetic and feels cooler after sitting in the sun all day. Eco-Tint deserves another 5-star review in my instance. Thank you to Jay and the Eco-Tint staff.
