We had my daughters bachelorette party at the Lavo brunch last Saturday. The whole weekend was planned around this brunch. Our guests came to Vegas from various cities and states. We had reservations for 22 people.
They seated us at 2 tables next to each other. Then about 30 minutes later the guests at one of our tables were told that we had to move. The owner of the club had friends that were coming in and they gave our table to them. So half of us were left standing. We were never given mimosas or a food menu. After an hour or so they threw some plates of food on the table, but no plates or silverware. My daughter was in tears the whole time because this was not the experience that she paid $2200 for. It was not even close to what they advertised. And they didn't care one bit that they ruined our day. I will NEVER set foot in that place again and if you're smart you won't either.
