  • Bought a mattress the middle of July from there Phoenix, AZ "The Dump" location. Worst purchase I have ever made. Original mattress was promised to me that same weekend, it never came in. They would not refund, only send an "upgraded" mattress.... Which was defective and very soft. They will not refund even though it is not the mattress I bought, plus both the Dump and the manufacture admit the one I do have is defective. Multiple emails and calls to them, the lastest is "we do not care it is defective" and "do not care if we have bad reviews." Terrible, terrible, terrible. Do NOT buy from Haynes Furniture, The Dump, or whatever other name they are doing business under.
