  • These people totally wasted my time. I called for an initial appointment and the best they could do is get me in with a nurse a week later. The they cancelled my appointment day of, saying I did not have the proper referral from my primary care doctor. I had a perfectly valid written referral, which they refused to accept. This is a bureaucracy of arbitrary rules. I should have scheduled with a different provider, I would have been seen by a doctor already. These people were a frustrating waste of my time and they set me back in terms of being treated.
