  • Pretty awesome place and about as authentic-Madison as it gets. You can expect lines at this place and it is slightly cramped but those are basically the only gripes. The food is awesome, from the giant pancakes to the scrambler (omelette piled high with chedder cheese and gravy). There are several different pancakes (regular, cornmeal, blueberry, strawberry, etc.) and they are big. Almost an inch THICK. It's $5-$6 for 2 pancakes and one is generally enough. Cash only. Can't wait to go back.
