  • recently used Transtyle for a Bachelorette in the area. We got the stretch hummer which was great but many things went wrong with the service and after multiple calls to the company nothing was done to compensate me for the issue so I am taking it to yelp! 1. The driver "claimed" the hummer was too big to get around the 2nd turn around of our hotel so we had to get driven all the way to the bottom to meet him. Our hotel later told us that far larger vehicles had made the turn but the driver clearly did not want to. 2. There was no cord to plug in our ipod which the company failed to tell me we would need beforehand. I would think nowadays this would be standard. 3. The driver did not show us how to use any of the features in the car and even when we asked how to he did not even know himself. 4. The radio didn't work!!! This was the most infuriating thing because it really killed the mood during the drive and made not having the ipod even more annoying! 5. The driver just was not helpful and unaccomodating. This is why I wish I could have not left him a tip but was forced to! Overall it was a VERY expensive and disappointing experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I also called the company 6 times the week after to speak with the manager and he never called me back. I hope this helps people who are coming from out of town in NOT choosing this service ever again. Good luck!
