  • I have been using Shepherd since I moved here in 2002. They have always done a good job an the Doctors are very good. Dr Adler and the tech staff are professional and efficient. They explained what they were doing clearly and I left feeling I knew what needed to be done next for my dry eyes. There was a minor problem with checkout and I was not expecting to be charged, but Management made it right and I have revised my review to reflect that
