  • Usually love this theater, never had a bad experience until last night 01/01/18 went to 9pm showing of Coco. Ticket attendant was unpleasant gave him our movie passes and his exhaled as if annoyed (through the speaker box) then had to remind him about my rewards. Proceeding to the concession stand was helped by another unpleasant employee who was annoyed by every request I made, asked for two boxes got one asked for my second one he dropped it in front of me, asked for jalapeños rolled his eyes, again had to remind about my rewards... paid for my drink & popcorn walked away. At the seasoning station they were low on all. I asked an employee standing by for more nacho cheese, he snatched the near empty container out of my hand, came back with a new container I said thank you he ignored me and walked away. I mean I get it, it was packed but there's no need for your employees to be this upset and rude when they're being thanked and appreciated for their service. At this rate I may continue to drive 45mins to CamelView at Fashion Square.
