  • Horrendous customer experience today. Firstly I was waiting over twenty five minutes for two chicken breast with asparagus to be cooked. After eventually receiving the items I had to wait in line for a bag. Whilst tucking into my lunch I came to realize that the chicken breast was raw! I am usually a devoted wholefoods customer however after dealing with this piss poor experience I will not be going back, especially finding out from one of my colleagues who works at Town Square experiencing the same with chicken wings three weeks ago. For a store who marks themselves on "non gmo, and seek out the finest natural organic food, and maintain strict quality standard" this is a flipping joke!
