  • Chose this salon for the great reviews about customer service. Never had an issue the 2 months I came in, the two girls I saw almost every time we're very sweet. I had an issue with cancelling my subscription and was charged an additional month. I tried calling to straighten it out and KENNEDY was very rude from the beginning. She wouldn't let me talk she just kept talking over me saying that there's nothing she can do about it so if I want to try and fix it I can come in whenever her manager comes in during the week. When I tried asking when the manager would be available she said and I quote " I don't know guess you'll just have to keep coming in until she's here" in a real snobby tone. So I tried asking for her name and at first she wouldn't tell me then when she finally told me her name was Kennedy she immediately hung up on me! I was pissed so I called the Scottsdale location and talked to Sam who was absolutely the sweetest girl! she said she would text their manager to let her know what happened and have her call me. I was so impressed with sam's customer service she truly felt bad that I had a bad experience and was very sweet and helpful. I feel bad for the other amazing girls that work here because they have always been so amazing and helpful. **UPDATE** Spoke with manager. Explained to her the original billing issue and also her rude employee. She didn't really say much just kept talking over me not listening to me explaining to me their "policies" ( the ones that they lie to you about in the first place) Never once apologized that her snob employee KENNEDY hung up on me because she was too incompetent to answer the simple question I had. Made up excuses saying that the cameras they have to monitor employees customer service was conveniently not working the day I had an issue. In the end all I really wanted was the money I was charged for the month I hadn't used refunded and in order for me to get that I was forced to remove my review. Originally I was only reviewing Kennedy's lack of customer service but after being bribed to remove my review I would recommend staying away from this salon to avoid the hassle.
