KTA Fitness is becoming my exercise oasis. Three times a week for roughly 45 minutes I am engaged in high energy routine that has modifications for everyone. The workouts change weekly and are increasing more difficult which help me to challenge myself and tone my body. I've been attending for four weeks and I've come to enjoy and expect to sweat! They are very flexible with class time and although class sizes may vary- the staff is very attentive and gives an amazing amount of individual attention. I will continue to update this review over the next three months ( I signed up for a 4 month trial ) But I already have suggested it to many of my friends and I would suggest it to anyone that may be on the fence. PS ... Alex is a very thorough and thoughtful instructor.
I would have given them 5 stars ... but they have some limitations on child care and with a two year old- that's a bummer:(
