  • Tony the service writer was polite and professional. I was there at 7 AM and they were able to diagnose and repair on the same day (great!). I needed control rod bushings and one tie rod end. They did not push for extra work (great!). DVCC apparently charges "book" for labor and standard markups for parts (A-OK!). The shop is off a side street so I assume they survive on word of mouth and repeat business. I used my last mechanic for ten years until he sold his business. This may be my new place. I will be back.
