  • The price is definitely a $$-$$$ sort of affair, the kind of place you want to go to on a cool Phoenix evening. The food was amazing, the service varied from spot on to unenthusiastic but attentive depending on what waiter you got. So why not a 5 star? Maybe I am not the target audience here, but the Biltmore is not a convenient location. Parking, and navigation are a bear. The portions could be a bit bigger, and if the goal is to get you to order an appetizer, then we are definitely in the $$$ threshold of pricing.
