  • If you want good Chinese and friendly service, go to Little Hong Kong in North Ridgeville. As far as Mandarin is concerned, ordered sweet and sour chicken....all breading, little chicken. Ordered cashew chicken, chicken and cashews burnt ....not edible. The garlic chicken is tasty and spicy but 1 good entree out of 3 is not good. And why are the employees so rude and indifferent? I really want to like Mandarin because it is close to my home but the quality of food and service are deteriorating.
