  • Ahhhh HUGE crowds! I made the mistake of coming here the day after Thanksgiving, and it was nearly impossible to move among the masses of people. The lights were pretty but I was so worried about tripping over a small child, I spent a lot of time looking down in front of me. The shop was just as busy, which made it difficult to even look around at the goodies they had for sale. Despite the long the line, I was determined to do the "factory tour" so I could get my chocolate at the end! It took about 15 minutes to get through the line, and I'm not sure it was worth it since no one was actually working. I would like to go back sometime when the factory is running to see how everything is done. I can't help but picture that I Love Lucy episode where she is stuffing here face with chocolates! Bottom line: worth checking out, but maybe try for a week day when it is hopefully less crowded.
