  • Wow! I am from San Francisco but desperately needed a haircut for an important job interview in Chicago. Turns out most places are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Not these folks! I made my initial contact through their web-site -- convenient since it was after business hours. A very nice lady called me the very next morning and we set up an appointment with Diana. So, I was intitially reluctant going here b/c of the interview coming up and the possibility of a train wreck haircut. Plus, some of the yelp reviews were a bit negative. Silly boys and girls! This place is great. After a very friendly greeting by the good looking front staff duo, I was escorted to a waiting area in this place with a calming vibe and given a nice glass of Pinot Noir (in a wine glass, nonetheless!). Diana, was preparing for my arrival. When we met, she listened to me very carefully and delivered nothing less than perfection. In addition, she showed me some "hair secrets" which I can do on my own at home. After a second glass of wine and some great chat and laughter (thanks for that), I was ready to be on my way sporting a confident clean look ready for the all important first interview. To my surprise, Diana gave me her personal phone number and offered to let me call her so if I was in Phoenix on a weekend when she was off, I could call her and she would come in to cut my hair. Then, way over the top, she called me the morning of my interview in Chicago to check in with me and make sure everything was going ok with her "hair secrets" and to wish me good luck. How awesome is that? Diana made me feel and look like a rock star. The interview was beyond a success. Bottom line, go here, you will not be sorry!
