I would not recommend having this location work on any European high-end cars. They've left tools under my hood, forgot to tighten panels both inside and outside of the car. At one point I was driving on the freeway and one of the untightened panels came lose and almost caused an accident and extensive damage to my car. The front office rushes the mechanics with the bottom line goal being how much money they can make off you. More often than not, needed repairs are overlooked causing repeated returns and higher costs. And I've noticed that if I get a diagnosis from this location, I go to up to 2 other neighborhood Tireworks, all of which typically give different diagnosis' and/or prices.
