I helped my brother look for a vehicle after a Toyota dealerhip told him that if he was looking for a cheap car, he should look elsewhere or something to that effect. Well, we took that challenge and went somewhere else. We went to Findlay Toyota and was provided with friendly and respectful customer service. I initially spoke on the phone with John who was off that day who referred me to Carlos.
When we arrived at the dealership we were met by a friendly salesman (Ken??)who led us inside when we told them we were looking for Carlos (Internet sales). The act of leading us alone inside the dealership to find the person we were looking for instead of just giving us direction was good customer service. Carlos referred us to Fonda who immediately came to meet us. Fonda helped us the color that we wanted and drove us to their other lot to pick it up. When dealing time came, she gave me a number and I countered with what was a very reasonable offer. I told her I don't want to haggle and that the number I gave her was very reasonable. She did not play back and forth with me and I got the price I wanted to pay for.
During the vehicle delivery, Fonda took time to explain all the vehicle features and controls to us and patiently answered all our questions. I can say that she was very friendly and patient during the process.
As for the dealership itself, everyone seemed to be friendly. There was unlimited supply of bottled water and snacks.
