  • I was looking for a woman to help me with bras. The men on the floor said a female was in back and would be able to help me. 10 minutes later and she still hadn't made an appearance. If she is on break just say that. Don't tell me she'll be right out. I'm not comfortable asking a 16 or 17 year old boy about bras...it would be a dead anyway. There's lots of cute stuff here don't get me wrong but customer service is not one of their top priorities.
