  • I went again last weekend, and the positives are still the positives: great beer selection, good location (17th Ave), pretty good food. The negatives are still the negatives: Service is incredibly inconsistent. They have some quality servers, I must admit, but some (even those working the door) just don't quite live up to the "quality" 1410 is supposed to be all about. There is already a Moxie's on 17th, so as much as short skirts sell drinks, make sure they have the serving and personal skills to back it up. I'm a guy- a straight guy - and even I find it a bit of a odd when a senior member of the staff comes up to my table solely to point out an attractive female. Plenty of potential, but there is too much competition for them to be slipping on the very basics.
