  • The folks at CB were worth coming back to. They identified the subsequent issue with my car and repaired free-of-charge as it was related to the original issue. As for "ordering the wrong part", as it turns out it was that the wrong part got shipped. No fault of CB's. Their service is great. Their courtesy shuttle is so convenient. My only piece of friendly and constructive criticism is that they honor the time estimate that they give the customer. Twice I was told "about 2 hours" and it turned out to be significantly longer. Not a big issue at all but would be a better issue if I were told 4 hours up front and it was 4 hours. Under-promise and over-deliver. Big thanks to Chandler Christian Bros.! Great guys and great service. Would highly recommend.
