I came here for 2 years. I really liked the place. I got my eye brows done once a week and nails and toes once a month...
I came in to get a fill on my nails, I had an appointment with the main lady who sits at the first table on the left. (I don't remember her name, but she's always there, always answers the phone and write appointments) well I come in for my appointment and she sits me with this other lady I have never seen before in the 2 years I've been coming.. I was kind of irritated but I decided to give the lady a chance.
She started doing my nails and everything was fine but she kept putting "liquid" on my nails beds, I've never had that happen I just figured she knew what she was doing. By the time she got done I was unhappy with them. You could see where my old nails grew out, again I tipped her and didn't say anything. I'm really not that kind of person.
Until I get to California, I stayed 4days out there on vacation. My nails had green spots under them and a couple were already lifting, I was so mad I didn't say anything about it in the first place so my husband told me to go In and have them fixed.
I showed the lady and she tells me I have fungus under my nails and it wasn't because of them, it must be the fact that I have kids that I play with and wash and got water under them. I said no. I've come here for 2 years and have had my children longer and never had the issue. She asked me what I wanted her to do and I said fix them. She said I can take them off but I can't do anything until the fungus grows off I said okay and when that happens you will do them for free? And she said no!! I said I got my nails done 5 days ago!! I just paid 40 for my nails and they need to be taken off because of the ladies mess up. She said they are not fresh nails, and the manager to the right started speaking in Vietnamese to her and I said this is bullshit I've been a loyal customer for 2 years and this is how I get treated??? I said I won't be back and I can assure you my friends and family won't either! The manager raised his voice and told me I need to leave.
