  • Why isn't there an option for NO stars. I received my daughter's school pictures, and horrible doesn't even begin to describe them! I realize that school pictures are generally sit, smile, next, but they didn't even TRY to repose my daughter, who didn't even resemble herself with the pose she was making. She's in 1st grade. They need basic direction, but nope! Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. I'm absolutely having her retake the picture! Ridiculous...
