A week after my eye exam, I get a phone call my contacts and glasses are in, and I head out to pick them up. It's popping on Saturday, and not in a good way. The waiting area has every seat taken, and people are even standing. Tons of people are looking at frames.
I waited well over 45 minutes just to pick up my frames. Maybe if America's Best hired efficient workers instead of angry Latinas who are literally dragging ass, they'd have higher customer satisfaction.
With that wait time for a pickup, you're better off calling ahead to schedule a time to pick up, which may not even help since it looks like they double book appointments anyways...
