  • Nice looking but just a very uncomfortable place to live. No sense of community. Your neighbor's will complain about you right after they wave to you. Not very dog friendly. For the price, I expected more. Will not renew my lease. Pros: gym, pool, club room, maintenance is super quick, Kara Cons: neighbor's, too corporate, overall snobby vibe, poor construction Completely unsafe; constant car break-ins, random homeless person slept in club room. Management does not make residents aware of criminal activity which leaves us all completely vulnerable to crime. No security measures taken yet to ward off thieves. Strangers & wanderers alike constantly in parking lot throughout the night. Sidewalk out of commission, gaping hole & caution tape for 7 months now.
