  • Decided to stop by at this starbucks for the frap happy hour. First, they got my order wrong, ordered a lite coffee frap and a caramel frap, ended up getting 2 caramel fraps. Although, she went ahead and fixed it. BUT there was PLASTIC wrap IN the drink!!! It wasn't just one piece either!! If I hadn't already left, I definitely would've went back and demanded a refund. Never coming to this starbucks again.
