  • Yesterday around 4pm my boyfriend and I entered party city in search of supplies for our gender announcing party. They had great deals both online and in store (buy one cup set and get one free) which is very helpful for new parents. Everything was reasonably priced and they had tons of stock. But that's not why our experience was 5 stars. Claudio cashes us out at front desk. As soon as he began to cash us out he realized what our supplies were for and congratulated us. He even went as far as voiding our order to change some items that we confused. He did not rush us or anything but was helpful in every way. His customer service was outstanding. He was really helpful and attentive and even gave us some great family advice (being a father himself). He went out of his was and made our experience unlike any other. We will definitely return to this location simply for the wonderful help. Thanks Claudio. We appreciate you!
