My family and I had a terrible experience here. It was my nieces first time getting her toes done in the "princess chair" and they made her sit there for 15 min then once she finally got to her, the technician said only a few words to her and her nails chipped off later that night. The dipping powder was done incorrectly and chipped within the next day as well. FYI you aren't supposed to put your hands under the light for dipping powder, as that defeats the purpose as it being better for your skin and nails. Also, the nail clippers and other tools were just pulled out of the drawer and it wasn't clear if they were even sanitized (normally they are sealed in a package). We even had to ask to have our nails filed for a manicure! The tubs were barely cleaned following a pedicure. I could go on. It's terrible that this place is so bad considering we live in the area. I also feel sorry that my friend recommended this place with her being a regular of Vivian. I had to tell her about my terrible experience. I am reporting to better business bureau as well.
