  • Great quality car wash. Signed up for unlimited wash program a few weeks ago. Employee 16 year old girl asked about something while I was driving in because my reader was not working, I responded yes I have the unlimited, she handed me towel and away I went. Was stopped entering wash by 16 year old boy stating "we know you lied to our other employee about having lava wash, we would appreciate you not lie to us." I asked what he was talking about, something about a free towel that I have received every other wash. I kindly handed it back to him (because 3 others are in my glove box and didn't need it), will be cancelling and going somewhere with better customer service. Never call a customer a liar, especially a loyal one one with their credit card on file.
