  • Leaking water heater and failed shut off valve shut my house down overnight. Based on Yelp reviews I called Jim who returned my call promptly. After describing the problem he graciously attempted to help me get the water heater replaced for free via Sears warranty (note: he wouldn't have made a penny from that). After dealing with Sears it was clear they couldn't fix the issue for several days. I called Jim back and he arrived within an hour and got everything replaced and cleaned up quickly. Very fair predetermined prices published on his website. Highly recommended. Thanks!
