I have now had four (yes, how dumb was I to keep going back) horrible experiences with this place. I bought a Groupon for 3 mani/pedis. I booked all of my appointments at least a week in advance.
I showed up 5 minutes early to my first appointment only to find that Victoria had just taken a walk in. I had to wait for 45 minutes. By the time she finished my service, the woman who was suppose to do my brow wax was booked with another client. I was asked to wait (another tech. was on her way in). Three hours after I walked in the door, I still hadn't gotten the second service I scheduled. I complained.
The second appointment went off without a hitch except for the fact that the nail tech knew I had complained and I was subjected to a number of "princess" comments. Apparently having to work on a schedule for a living and expecting others to do the same was unfathomable.
For the third appointment (the last mani/pedi on the Groupon), I had requested an upgrade to a gel mani. It was clearly on the schedule, because when I went to pay the receptionist tried to charge me for it, but Victoria claimed "they" hadn't scheduled enough time for the upgraded service and that she had another client booked an hour later. Incidentally, no client showed up for the next time slot.
I complained again.
The manager called to offer me a free massage to make up for the scheduling issues. I showed up today for the appointment only to find the lights off and a sign saying the management is changing. Glad someone bothered to cancel my appointment.
Though I suspect any change in management would be for the better, you literally could not pay me to go back to this place.
