  • Got the king 1 bedroom suite for my moms birthday... it's nice but this place gets 1 star for horrible customer service! First of all they FALSE ADVERTISE because I paid EXTRA for the WEEKEND GETAWAY promo which SUPPOSEDLY included breakfast for 2 (which they tried to cheat me out of during check in) "free wifi" and late check out (which is the ONLY REASON I paid for it) considering I'm 6 months pregnant and didn't want to check out at 10 am.... anyways the rude ass lady with the cold sore on her mouth at the front desk told me that they have no such promotion and that late check out is based on availability but that's not what it says online nor have I ever been to ANY hotel and paid for "late check out and it not been honored.... so she told me I needed to show her my confirmation but my phone was dead.... anyways I went back down and after my phone had been charged and the cold sore lady glanced at me and hurried up and acted busy so I spoke to another rude ass guy who said his manager GAVE me 1pm check out as a compliment and I said well Give me the original rate and he said he couldn't change it.... and argued me to DEATH about them only doing late check out BASED ON AVAILABILITY... I will never stay here again and might even check out tomorrow and take my business elsewhere..... I'm pissed
