  • After doing much research and calling a million places, I'm glad I ended with pure plumbing. Their customer service was absolutely perfect. They scheduled me same day but late evening; about 6pm. They called me around noon and told me there was an opening around 1. That was awesome! It was much more convenient and the sooner the better when you're having water heater problems. The guy showed up to my house and the expected time. I can't remember his name but he was awesome as well. Very knowledgable and he figured out the problem within minutes. He fixed the problem right away, we payed with a credit card through his iPad, and he was done with the job within the hour. Oh! Did I mention their hold music is Super Mario Bros?! I forgot I was even on hold! I've already recommended them to friends and family, and I would definitely use them if issue were to arise again! They made me feel at ease during a stressful situation.
