  • Took over 2 hours to bring me some gas while I was stuck on a busy street. Call center mis entered my info and dispatch couldn't get it right while they burned my cell phone battery to dead with incorrect updates - I walked half mile to use a landline since they didn't arrive as promised and they told me to run back to the car or the service tech would leave in 5 mins. You can't count on their road service any more apparently.
