Purchased over $500 mmj - what was sold to me as "superior" quality from this location last week as my caregiver was out of town . Was told a line that what I was purchasing was one of their higher qualities. It was extremely bitter tasting and did not live up to what it was billed at. I called harvest and spoke with an employee who advised to bring it back and I could either exchange it or get my money back and he would notify the manager of the issue. I brought it back - the fellow that I spoke with had already gone home for the day and the manager was never apprised of my call.. It was difficult to return it and after much discussion was only allowed to exchange it. (not what I was told earlier in the day) and had to argue about the "points" that one accumulates with purchases. At first, the employee was not going to honor the "points" and after I advised that he was failing to live up to the "contract" clearly printed on my receipt did he relent and apply the discount I had earned with the dollar amount that I spent.. It appears that this establishment does not stand behind what they sell and does not live up their promises to deliver a good product. I will choose to spend my money elsewhere
